By purchasing this ticket, you agree to all terms, conditions, and restrictions that may be imposed by the organizer before or during the event:

1. A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual (adult/child).

2. Children aged 10 to 14 are allowed entry with an accompanying adult holding a separate ticket.

3. The ticket price is non-refundable. If the ticket is sold outside the webook platform, it will be canceled without a refund. In the event that the organizer cancels, postpones, or changes the event date, the ticket value will be refunded.

6. The ticket holder is responsible for checking the event’s date, time, location, and age restrictions. Ticket holders must arrive early at the event venue. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers, and in such cases, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or any form of compensation. Re-entry will not be permitted once the venue has been exited.

8. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry to the event venue. Prohibited items will be confiscated, including but not limited to: skateboards, roller skates, bicycles or other wheeled sports equipment, any form of strollers, flags, clothing representing any sports club, and bags larger than 40 cm x 35 cm x 19 cm. Any item deemed dangerous or potentially harmful to the venue or event by the organizer or on-site security will also be confiscated.

9. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food and drink vendors will be available inside the event venue.

10. Pets are not allowed.

11. The use of professional photography and recording equipment is not allowed at the event venue.

12. The ticket holder, by attending the event, agrees to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or audio clips taken during the event, which may be used in print, digital formats, or published online.

13. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, including e-cigarettes. Lighters and matches are also not permitted inside the Location, except in designated smoking areas.

14. The Organizer shall not be liable for bodily injury, illness or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) or loss or damage to property arising out of or in connection with About the Event.

15. The organizing body has the right to expel anyone who engages in conduct that, in the opinion of the organizing body, is considered to be in violation.

16. Adherence to the rules of public taste in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

17. In the event of a complaint, it must be submitted to the Entertainment Portal by visiting the website (cx.gea.gov.sa) within a maximum of 3 days from the date of occurrence.
